Delete your Dropshipping Hero account
You can delete your account and your data yourself, at any time, from the app. It takes less than a minute.
From the app (immediate)
- Open Dropshipping Hero and sign in.
- Open your Profile: your initial, at the top of the home screen.
- Tap “Delete my account”, then confirm twice.
No longer have the app?
Email us from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, display name and avatar.
- Your progress in the course, your store (name, chosen product, blocks in place) and your reported sales.
- Your Hero AI analyses.
- Your questions to the team and your comments.
- Your notification tokens and the usage events linked to your account.
What is not deleted
- Payment records, kept by Google Play or Apple, who process payments. We never see your payment details.
- Your subscription: deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it in Google Play or in your Apple ID settings.
