This policy explains what data Dropshipping Hero (published by INNOVIATA IA LLC) collects, why, and how it is processed.
Data we collect
- Account: if you create an account, your email address, display name and avatar choice (via our provider Supabase).
- Usage: anonymized or account-linked usage events (app opens, products viewed, lessons completed, questions asked) to improve the app.
- Device & notifications: a notification token (FCM) and your device language, to send you relevant notifications.
- Purchases: Hero Pro subscriptions and one-time purchases such as the 30-day pass are handled by Google Play or the App Store (Apple) or the App Store (Apple). We only receive what is needed to open your access (product, date, status and purchase token); we never see your payment details.
- Account and progress: your lesson progress, the blocks in place and your store actions (store name, chosen product, your supplier link), the sales you report and your first name are synced with our servers (Supabase) and saved to your account, so you find them again on another phone.
- Questions: the questions you ask the team, our answers and your comments are stored on our servers. Other members can read them, under your nickname.
- Hero AI analyses: the product analyzed, your answers about your project and the result of the analysis are saved to your account.
- On your phone only: your favorites, your “My products” list, your ad test tracking and your settings.
Hero AI
When you ask for a Hero AI analysis, we send our AI subprocessor typesafe.ai: the product analyzed (name, category, price level, demand, reviews, origin and delivery time), the context of your project (experience, target country, sales channel, launch budget, cash on delivery) and the margins calculated by the app. Your email, your name and your store name are not sent to it. This information is used only to produce your analysis.
Advertising
If you don't have Hero Pro, the app may show ads provided by Google AdMob: ads within lists (labelled “Ad”), full-screen ads at some transitions (for example when leaving an article or a tool) and rewarded ads you choose to watch. Whether they appear depends on the current settings: there may be none at all. The ads requested by the app are non-personalized; AdMob may still use device identifiers for frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention. Hero Pro removes all ads. You can reset your advertising ID in your phone settings.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers required to run the app: Supabase (hosting, database, authentication), Google Firebase (push notifications and audience measurement), typesafe.ai (Hero AI analyses), Google AdMob (ads) and Google Play and Apple (payments).
Retention & deletion
Your account data is kept as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and data at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account), by following https://dropshippinghero.co/delete-account/, or by writing to contact@dropshippinghero.co.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time via contact@dropshippinghero.co.
