US Dropshipping Suppliers: The Verified List and How to Choose
By the editorial team · Updated · 13 min read
The dropshipping suppliers that ship from inside the USA fall into three groups: supplier marketplaces (Spocket, Syncee, Doba, Wholesale2B, TopDawg, Modalyst), niche suppliers that fulfill for you (Trendsi for fashion, Supliful for supplements, Blanka for beauty), and print-on-demand networks (Printful, Printify). There is no single "best dropshipping supplier": the right one depends on your niche, your sales channel, and how much you can pay before your first sale. Below you'll find 13 suppliers checked on their official websites in September 2026, the criteria to pick one, and a checklist to vet any supplier before you send a single ad dollar their way.
Why US suppliers matter more since 2025
Two things have changed the math for US stores. First, delivery: a 2 to 3 week wait generates "where is my order?" emails, chargebacks and refunds. Second, customs. On August 29, 2025, the United States suspended the duty-free "de minimis" treatment for imports valued at $800 or less, for all countries. According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, low-value shipments are now subject to applicable duties. A package sent from overseas straight to your customer no longer slips in duty-free, which squeezes the price gap that made China the obvious choice.
A supplier that stocks goods in a US warehouse has already handled the import. You pay a higher unit cost, but your delivery promise and your landed cost are predictable.

Supplier profiles: what each one is good for
Spocket
A marketplace that connects your store to suppliers in the US, the EU and elsewhere, across clothing, home, beauty, pets and more. Plans run from $39.99 to $299.99 per month, and the cheapest plan caps you at 25 unique products. Filter by supplier location: not everything on Spocket ships from the US.
Syncee
A dropshipping and wholesale marketplace whose suppliers are "mostly from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia." There is a free plan to browse; paid plans go from $39.99/month (100 products, one supplier) to $99.99/month.
Doba
One of the oldest US dropshipping platforms (operating since 2002), with a "Ship from US" selection of over 450,000 products. Plans on the pricing page start at $28.67/month, with discounts for quarterly or annual billing, and a 7-day trial for $0.99. Its strength is marketplace coverage: TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Temu, not only Shopify.
Wholesale2B
Claims 2 million+ products from 100+ US-based suppliers, with integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon, eBay and a dozen more. The homepage advertises a free trial with no credit card; subscription prices were not displayed on the pages we could load, so check them at signup.
TopDawg
Connects retailers with 3,000+ US suppliers and 500,000+ products, shipped from US warehouses with a 2 to 5 day delivery claim. There is a free Start-Up plan; paid plans ($34.99, $69.99, $139.99 per month, billed annually) are priced per integration, which matters if you sell on several channels.
Inventory Source and US Direct
Inventory Source is automation software that syncs inventory, prices and orders from a network of US suppliers. The directory is free; automation plans start at $199/month. Its US Direct program groups US wholesale distributors (the site names UNFI, Bradley Caldwell, Sportsman's Supply, Williams Trading, Synnex and CWR Electronics) with 200,000+ products. Note: US Direct ships only to the lower 48 states and requires an EIN and resale certificates.
Modalyst
A marketplace mixing "thousands of US drop shipping suppliers" with AliExpress products. Free plan up to 25 products; Start Up at $35/month, Pro at $90/month. Works with Shopify, Wix and BigCommerce. Check the origin of each product: an AliExpress item listed on Modalyst still ships from abroad.
SaleHoo
Not a supplier: a directory of "8,000+ vetted global suppliers" plus a Shopify import app. Plans start at $9/month billed annually and include a 60-day money-back guarantee. Useful to find niche wholesalers to contact directly.
Trendsi
A fashion platform with 100,000+ styles (women's, men's and kids' apparel, brands such as Judy Blue and Zenana). Free to use: you pay for the product and shipping only after a sale. The site gives 2 to 5 business days from its US warehouse and 5 to 10 from its overseas warehouse. Integrates with Shopify and TikTok Shop.
Supliful
A private-label supplier: 190+ supplements, coffee, skincare and pet products you brand as your own, with US-based fulfillment and a stated 3 to 5 day average delivery. Membership starts at $69/month ($55 billed annually). Supplements are a regulated category: your label claims are your responsibility.
Blanka
Private-label beauty: 450+ ready-to-brand skincare, makeup and haircare products, no minimum order, shipped in unbranded packaging. Free plan with 3 published products, paid plans from $39/month. The pages we checked don't state where orders ship from: ask before you promise a delivery time.
Printful
Print-on-demand (t-shirts, hoodies, embroidery, all-over print). No subscription needed: you pay Printful for the product, fulfillment and shipping when a customer orders. Printful says it ships from the fulfillment center nearest to your customer. For US orders, production takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard shipping 3 to 4 business days.
Printify
Also print-on-demand, with 2,000+ products made by 90+ print providers in 140+ facilities. Free plan with up to 5 stores; Premium at $39/month ($24.99 billed yearly) for up to 33% off products. Since providers vary, pick one located in the US for each product and compare its production times.
US suppliers vs China (AliExpress, CJ): the real trade-offs
| US supplier | China (AliExpress, CJ from China) | |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery to US customers | Typically 2 to 5 days (as claimed by TopDawg, Trendsi, CJ US warehouses) | CJ itself cites 10 to 20 days in peak season |
| Unit cost | Higher | Lower |
| Duties | Already handled at import by the supplier | Since Aug. 29, 2025, low-value parcels are no longer duty-free |
| Returns | US return address possible, easier to organize | Returning to China is often not worth the shipping cost |
| Catalog | Smaller, more branded products | Almost unlimited |
| Best use | Scaling a product that already sells | Testing ideas cheaply, as long as your delivery promise is honest |
A middle path exists: CJdropshipping operates four US warehouses (California, New Jersey, Texas and Indiana, according to CJ) and quotes 2 to 5 days from them. Many sellers test from China, then move a winning product to US stock. If you do source from AliExpress, learn how to vet an AliExpress supplier first.
How to choose: 6 criteria, not a top 10
- Niche fit. A fashion store gets more from Trendsi than from a general marketplace; a supplement brand needs Supliful-type private label. Pick the product first, then the supplier.
- Your sales channel. Shopify is supported almost everywhere. For TikTok Shop, Amazon or Walmart, check the integration list (Doba, TopDawg, Wholesale2B cover more marketplaces).
- Fixed monthly cost. A $39.99 to $99.99 subscription is a real expense before your first sale. Free plans (Syncee, TopDawg, Modalyst, Printful, Printify, Trendsi) let you test without it.
- Product limits. Many plans cap the number of products you can import (25, 100, 250...). Count what you really need.
- Real margin. Supplier price + shipping + platform fee + payment fees + ad cost per sale. US products often leave less room: run the numbers before you list.
- Returns and support. Who handles a damaged item? Is there a US return address? How fast do they answer?
Checklist: how to vet a US supplier
Before you connect a supplier to your store, go through this list:
- Business identity. Legal name, physical US address, phone number. You can look up a company in the Secretary of State business search of the state where it's registered.
- Your own paperwork. Serious wholesalers (US Direct, for example) ask for an EIN and a resale certificate. An EIN is free from the IRS; the IRS warns: "You never have to pay a fee for an EIN." Resale certificates depend on your state's sales tax rules; in California, for example, the certificate must include your seller's permit number or explain why you don't need one (CDTFA Publication 103).
- Reviews outside their site. Search the name plus "reviews," "complaints," or "scam," and read Shopify App Store reviews, Reddit threads and the Better Business Bureau.
- A test order. Order one unit to your own address. Time the delivery, check the packaging (no supplier invoice or branding inside) and the product quality.
- Written return policy. Return window, who pays return shipping, how defective items are handled.
- Tracking and stock sync. Tracking numbers pushed to your store automatically, and inventory updated often enough to avoid selling out-of-stock items.
- Blind shipping. Your customer should only see your store name. On Amazon this is mandatory: its policy requires you to be the seller of record on packing slips and packaging, and forbids buying from another online retailer and having it ship directly to your customer (Amazon Seller Central).
Traps and scams to avoid
- "Secret supplier lists" for sale. The suppliers above are public; anyone can find them. Paying for a PDF of names is paying for a search you can do in an hour.
- Fake "US suppliers" that reship from China. A US address on the website doesn't mean US stock. Your test order tells you: if it takes three weeks and arrives with Chinese customs labels, you have your answer.
- Retail arbitrage presented as dropshipping. Buying on Amazon or Walmart and shipping to your customer breaks Amazon's policy and leaves Amazon branding in your customer's hands.
- Big upfront fees to "access" a supplier. A legitimate wholesaler makes money when you buy its products. A subscription for software is normal; thousands of dollars for "done for you" stores is not. The FTC has shut down several e-commerce business opportunity schemes that charged up to $35,000 for stores with promised profits that never materialized (FTC).

How to contact a supplier: a message template
Independent wholesalers you find through SaleHoo or a trade search often don't have a dropshipping app. A short, professional email works better than "do you dropship?":
Subject: Dropshipping partnership inquiry – [Your store name]
Hi [Name],
I run [store name], an online store selling [niche] to US customers. I'm interested in carrying [product line] and would like to know if you offer dropshipping.
Could you tell me:
- Your dropship pricing and any per-order fee
- Average processing time and the carriers you use
- Whether you ship blind (no invoice or branding in the package)
- Your return and defective-item policy
- Whether you offer inventory feeds or a Shopify integration
- What documents you require (EIN, resale certificate)
I'd also like to place a sample order before listing your products.
Thanks, [Name, store URL, phone]

Frequently asked questions
Who are the best dropshipping suppliers in the USA?
There is no universal winner. For a general store, marketplaces such as Spocket, Syncee, Doba, TopDawg or Wholesale2B; for fashion, Trendsi; for private-label supplements or beauty, Supliful or Blanka; for custom products, Printful or Printify. Choose by niche, sales channel and monthly budget.
Are there free US dropshipping suppliers?
Yes, in the sense of no monthly fee: Trendsi, Printful, Printify's free plan, and the free plans of Syncee, TopDawg and Modalyst. You still pay the product and shipping cost on each order.
How long does shipping take from US dropshipping suppliers?
The suppliers we checked claim roughly 2 to 5 days for US stock (TopDawg, Trendsi, CJ's US warehouses) and 3 to 5 days on average for Supliful. Always confirm with your own test order.
Do I need a business license or EIN to work with US suppliers?
Marketplace apps usually don't ask for one to start. Traditional wholesalers and distributors often require an EIN and a resale certificate. The EIN itself is free from the IRS. Check your state's rules on sales tax and business registration.
Is it better to dropship from the US or from China?
US stock delivers faster and handles returns more easily, at a higher unit cost. China is cheaper and wider, but slower, and since August 2025 low-value imports are no longer duty-free. Many sellers test from China and scale with US stock.
How do I know if a supplier is legit?
Verify its business registration, read independent reviews, place a test order, get the return policy in writing, and avoid anyone charging large fees just to access products.
